NintendoWorlds - Nintendo Friend Codes, Wii U Forum
In a whirlwind out-of-nowhere announcement, Nintendo has unveiled the news that remakes of the much beloved GBA hits, Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire, have not only been in develoopment, but will also be released on a worldwide scale in November!
Nintenedo describes the titles as thus:
Nintendo dropped a bombshell on the gaming multiverse today, with an announcement (along side a humorous video) of the first ever, officially supported Super Smash Bros. Invitational Tournament to be held at this years E3 (In 6 weeks btw!). Nintendo has Invitied 16 top players to perform in a livestreamed tournament to take place during E3. In addition to this, players who can not participate at E3 are encouraged to visit a local Best Buy, where they may play Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.

Not much new to announce this week, but I have included a few reminders from previous announcements.
Leaderboards have been created for both SSB Brawl and MKWii based on the live tournaments that have occurred thus far. A new rankings icon has been added to the FCP where you can check your tournament history, if you have participated in any of the farewell tournaments, and the current leaderboards. Your rank will be highlighted so it stands out.
I am working on some user guides that will help explain how the site's various features function and are used. You can find the main guides page at http://www.nintendoworlds.com/pages/guides
This page will be updated with links to the various guides once they are completed.
If you have any questions about anything on the site in the meantime, be sure to contact a staff member.
The Features Control Panel has...
This week we have a bunch of updates to previous announcements, a revamped FCP, and some details pertaining to our ongoing Farewell Event Tournaments.
The Features Control Panel has undergone some major cosmetic and functional changes over the weekend.
- There is no longer an "FCP" button, you now just hover your mouse over the top right corner of the site to open the FCP overlay. To close this overlay simply move the mouse to the left and away.
- The sub-menus of the FCP now open up a full page transparent overlay which provide plenty of room to check details such as inventory and power points history.
- Event alerts, such as those alerting the player of a wild pokemon appearing during pokehunt, now appear as an overlay across the top of the page instead of floating in the middle of the site. If you participate in the Egg Hunt, this is where the contents of the egg will be displayed.
